Business account details, bank, IBAN, reference number and other payment information are provided on the invoice, offer or other payment document issued by Festina Technology d.o.o. to the customer.
3. The Festina.ai platform
Festina.ai is a software platform that enables business and professional users to work with documents, information and other content using software tools and artificial intelligence systems.
The platform is primarily intended for lawyers, legal professionals, commercial companies, public law bodies and other business or professional users. It is not intended for consumers acting outside their business, trade, craft or professional activity.
Access to and use of the platform is governed by the Terms of Service, the selected subscription package and other applicable contractual documents.
4. Nature of service and use of AI
Festina.ai is a technological auxiliary tool. Platform results may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information or inappropriate interpretations.
Results generated by the platform do not constitute legal, tax, financial or other professional opinion of Festina Technology d.o.o. and do not replace independent professional assessment by a qualified professional.
The user is responsible for reviewing and verifying results before use, especially before filing submissions, entering into legal transactions, giving professional opinions or making legal, business, financial and other important decisions.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, website, software code, architecture, design, structure, documentation, databases, graphic elements, name and marks of Festina.ai and other related content are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
The holder of individual rights is Festina Technology d.o.o. or the relevant licensor.
Without prior authorisation, unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, public communication, decompilation, reverse engineering, commercial exploitation or other use of the platform and its protected parts beyond the scope permitted by the Terms of Service or mandatory regulations is not permitted.
6. User content and results
The user retains rights to documents, data, queries, instructions and other content entered into the platform.
The user is responsible for the lawfulness of entered content and for the existence of necessary rights, authorisations and legal bases for its use and processing via the platform.
Rights and responsibilities related to user data, generated results and their use are regulated in detail by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
7. Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data of website visitors, registered users, authorised users, user representatives and business contacts is available in the Privacy Policy.
When Festina Technology d.o.o. processes personal data on behalf of the user as part of providing the platform, the Data Processing Agreement — DPA applies to such processing.

8. Information security
Festina Technology d.o.o. applies technical and organisational measures aimed at protecting the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the platform and user data.

The platform relies on Microsoft infrastructure and related technological services. Information on infrastructure providers and other processors is available in the List of Processing Subcontractors.
9. External services and links
The website and platform may contain links or integrations with websites, infrastructure, payment systems and other services of third parties.
Festina Technology d.o.o. does not control the content, availability or privacy rules of external services not under its control. Separate terms of their providers may apply to the use of such services.
10. Reporting irregularities and security issues
Suspicion of unauthorised use of the platform, intellectual property infringement, illegal content, security vulnerability or other security issue may be reported to:

The report should contain a description of the problem, data needed for its identification and the reporter's contact details. Independent penetration testing, automated scanning, simulated attacks or other activities that may affect the security or availability of the platform without prior written authorisation are prohibited.
11. Applicable legal documents
The following may apply to access to and use of the website and platform:

- Data Processing Agreement — DPA;
- Information Security Addendum;
- List of Processing Subcontractors;
- Selected subscription package, offer or purchase order; and
- A separate contract concluded with an Enterprise customer.
If Festina Technology d.o.o. and the customer conclude a separate contract, that contract takes precedence in case of inconsistency, but only in relation to matters expressly regulated by it.
12. Responsibility for website content
Festina Technology d.o.o. endeavours to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data published on the website, but does not guarantee that all data will be complete, up-to-date or error-free at all times.
The company may change, supplement or remove website content, in particular for technical development, security, service changes or compliance with applicable regulations.
This provision does not limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by mandatory regulations.
13. Governing law
The use of the website and platform is governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, unless otherwise determined by a separate contract or mandatory regulation.
Governing law and jurisdiction for disputes related to the use of the platform are regulated in detail by the Terms of Service or a separate contract concluded with the user.

Festina Technology d.o.o. may update this document to correct data, change contact details, change business operations or comply with applicable regulations. The date of the last update will be indicated at the beginning of the document.
